Summer TMG Intern

Support the President, COO and Operations Team with a variety of initiatives including certain development initiatives (EV Charging options/rebates), HVAC transition program/monitoring, analytics reporting/recommendations and spending a few days per week at the various communities performing some audits and also assisting with the onsite team.  

Work Expectations

This internship will involve collaboration with the President, COO, and Operation Team any may include responsibilities such as assisting with property audits, exploring IRA (Inflation Reduction Act) incentives for HVAC transitions, supporting property operations, and other general duties. 

Travel Requirement

Travel will be required as part of this position. This may include travel to the Corporate Office, various apartment communities, 

and occasional events.
