Systems Testing/QA Analyst

Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Provide senior\-level guidance on testing strategy, test planning, tool selection, and resource identification.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Lead and coordinate testing efforts for large\-scale enterprise systems in GUI and non\-GUI environments.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Plan, design, and execute system integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing, including stress and volume tests.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks, scripts, and test suites aligned with project standards.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts ensuring effective execution across multiple system components.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Collaborate with QA leads, technical leads, business analysts, developers, and project teams throughout the SDLC.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Analyse requirements, design documents, and technical specifications to ensure test coverage and traceability.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Execute API, database, and integration testing to validate end\-to\-end business processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Identify, log, track, and validate defects; support defect triage and resolution activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Support and participate in UAT activities, including test data preparation, execution support, and issue resolution.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA resources.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  Must\-Have Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

  • Minimum 5+ years of QA experience on large\-scale enterprise systems.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Strong experience in automation testing using Selenium (or similar UI automation tools).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Proficient in REST API testing using tools such as Postman and SOAP UI.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Strong SQL experience for test data preparation and result validation.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Experience designing and maintaining automated test scripts.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Strong manual testing, defect management, and integration testing experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
