The Role
The Talent & HR Intern plays a key role in supporting talent acquisition and broader people initiatives across the organization. This position offers a hands‑on introduction to HR operations, giving a current student meaningful exposure to recruitment, employee experience, and global people processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support job postings, resume reviews, and candidate communication.
- Coordinate interviews and help manage the talent pipeline.
- Assist with onboarding, employee records, and HR processes.
- Collaborate with our Global People Experience team on engagement and culture initiatives.
- Contribute to cross‑border projects and gain visibility into global HR workflows.
- Provide general administrative and project support across Talent and HR.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to handle confidential information.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and eager to learn HR tools.
