Technical Business Analyst
Location: Toronto (Hybrid)

Overview
This role bridges business needs and technology delivery. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, support solution development, and ensure initiatives—especially those involving AI—deliver real business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Partner with engineering and product teams to support solution design and delivery
- Create structured documentation such as requirements documents, process flows, and specifications
- Support AI-related initiatives (e.g., chatbots, workflow automation, intelligent systems)
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams
- Identify opportunities to improve or redesign business processes
Ideal Profile
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in technology environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive interaction
- Experience supporting product development or working closely with product teams
- Familiarity with AI-driven solutions is a plus
- Highly organized with strong documentation capabilities
