We’re placing a Territory Sales Manager in Chesapeake, VA with a company that dominates the temporary space and modular solutions market. This is a boots-on-the-ground, high-activity role built for someone who knows how to prospect, build relationships, and close.

What You’ll Do

• Own your territory and drive new business through outbound prospecting
• Convert inbound leads into revenue
• Visit client sites and build real relationships
• Manage pipeline and activity through CRM
• Sell solutions, not just products

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience
• Strong outbound / hunting mindset
• Comfortable in the field and face-to-face with clients
• Ability to manage a high-volume sales cycle
• Construction, equipment, or industrial sales experience is a plus
