MAIN PURPOSE
As a V.I.E - Commercial Performance Project Manager, you will support the successful delivery of strategic projects for Cartier Commercial team by ensuring effective coordination, communication, and execution across multiple stakeholders. You will play a key role in maintaining project structure, transparency, and alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Operations, Finance, Procurement, Network Development, Procurement) to ensure smooth project execution.The length of this V.I.E assignment is 18 months, ideally starting in April 2026, depending on visa requirements.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Project Coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Assist in defining project milestones, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business priorities.
- Coordinate and manage recurring project meetings and presentations, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.
- Facilitate communication between teams to align priorities and address operational challenges.
Process Management and Improvement
- Track project progress, identify deviations from plan, and support proactive actions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Contribute to the standardization of project management practices to improve efficiency, consistency, and transparency.
- Support the deployment and adoption of project management best practices across teams.
- Assist in change management activities related to process improvements, including communication, training materials, and user guides.
Documentation & Reporting
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, issues, and next steps to project sponsors and stakeholders.
- Develop, update, and maintain project reporting tools such as dashboards, timelines, and status reports.
- Ensure all project-related documentation is accurately maintained, including requirements, project plans, risk logs, meeting minutes, and final deliverables.
- Prepare regular progress reports for cross-functional teams and ExCo, highlighting key achievements, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure that key decisions, actions, and milestones are properly recorded and communicated to relevant task forces.

- You are graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
- You already benefit from professional experience in relevant positions working, with ideally an exposure and previous experience in the luxury industry.
- Previous experience in project management, consulting, or operational roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and documentation capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Monday.com) is an advantage.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an international, cross-cultural environment.
