We are currently recruiting for a leading company in the water infrastructure sector for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex water-related projects in Western Canada. This search is being conducted in collaboration with The Collective by CRNG. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of water infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, making adjustments as necessary to achieve project milestones.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.

  • Monitor and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the water infrastructure sector.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

  • Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is an asset.
