TITLE: Wealth Management Intern

DEPARTMENT: Wealth Management 


JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Wealth & Trust Department for the 2026 summer season. This internship offers hands-on experience in fiduciary services, financial planning support, and trust administration. The ideal candidate will have an interest in wealth management, estate planning, and client service, along with a desire to learn from experienced professionals in the field.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist trust officers with administrative support related to trust, estate, and agency accounts
• Conduct research related to wealth planning, fiduciary regulations, and trust account administration
• Help prepare client materials, reports, and presentations for wealth and trust reviews
• Support day-to-day client service needs, including responding to inquiries and preparing communications
• Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to ensure proper documentation and adherence to fiduciary standards
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities within the department
• Contribute to marketing and communication initiatives related to wealth, estate, and trust services

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Law, or a related field (junior or senior year preferred)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Interest in pursuing a career in wealth management, trust administration, or fiduciary services


WORKING CONDITIONS:

· Duties are performed in a professional office environment.


SALARY & BENEFITS:

The anticipated starting hourly wage for this position is $17.00 per hour. The actual wage will be based on qualifications and business needs and may vary, as permitted by applicable state law.
