We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support large-scale digital transformation and system modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead business analysis activities, gather and validate requirements, support system integration, and ensure successful delivery of project outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst in IT projects
- Expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation
- Experience with system integration and enterprise applications
- Knowledge of data migration and data validation processes
- Hands-on experience in testing (functional & UAT)
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
