Visionpool Business Services is hiring a HYBRID IT Business Analyst who will work on a project to implement a cloud SaaS solution for a contact centre.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years of IT project experience as a Business Analyst
CBAP Certification
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with contact centre technology projects
Knowledge of systems like telephony, IVR, workforce management or CRM integrations
Experience with Azure DevOps
Familiarity with cloud and SaaS solutions
