IT Intern

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Temporary IT Intern for our Corporate location in Mount Laurel, NJ. The IT Intern is responsible for making a positive impact and providing a professional image for the company. They will assist the Information Technology department in day to day tasks and responsibilities. Under the direct supervision of the Help Desk Tech Manager, the job responsibilities of the IT Intern position include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Coordinate actions at the direction of the manager.
• Assist with desktop/laptop configuration and deployments.
• Work on shipping/receiving of equipment.
• Handle requests/issues for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically.
• Redirecting problems to a correct source.
• Ensuring all members and staff workstations are properly equipped.
• Complete all Company mandatory trainings within the required timelines.

• Minimum High School or equivalent required
• Previous experience or exposure to IT is a plus
• PC proficient and experience Excel, Word, Access
• Good communication, analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Excellent customer service practices
• Related experience in troubleshooting and providing help desk support
• Must report to the corporate office in Mount Laurel daily, work 40 hours weekly.
