What You'll Do:
This temporary position will assist the IT department with day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting, system maintenance, employee requests, and special projects. Job duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Participate in a variety of IT tasks with varying degrees of difficulty.
- Maintain and troubleshoot restaurant POS systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot back-office computers, applications, and network connectivity at corporate-owned restaurant locations.
- Install, configure, document, maintain, test, and evaluate operations and communications equipment.
- Solve problems for users through verbal and/or written communication.
- Administer the corporate and restaurant telephone systems.
- Ensure all systems maintain compliance with standards.
- Monitor and proactively maintain systems to minimize downtime.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned by IT.
